This morning, our new apprentices began their first day at AKE technologies. The day started with an introduction to the most important organizational processes and an overview of the different departments and their key contacts, who will be there to support the apprentices throughout their training years.

Following this, the apprentices participated in an introductory round where they had the opportunity to get to know each other and share how they first discovered AKE. Some had already met us at the "Automation meets Education" event, while others gained valuable insights into our company through internships.

Our new team members include Eder Samuel, Glasoviq Leandro, Meindl Nico, Nieter Timo, Pauli Matthias, Rabelo Marques Geovana, and Wagner Florian. They are starting their apprenticeships in the fields of Technical Product Design, Industrial Mechanics, and Electronics for Industrial Engineering.

After a warm welcome from our management team, the apprentices were given a tour of Plant 1. During the tour, they explored their future workspaces and gained insights into various departments, including design, manufacturing, and our shaker room. One of our colleagues took the time to explain one of the machines in detail, providing the apprentices with their first exciting look into the technologies and processes applied at AKE.

The eventful day concluded with an introduction to our CEOs , Bernhard König and Boris Schneidhuber, followed by a group photo to capture this milestone moment for our new apprentices.

We are excited about the journey ahead and look forward to the fresh ideas and energy our new apprentices will bring to AKE!
