We are proud to announce the successful participation of our apprentices in the BDS AzubiAkademie 2024. Through this program, our trainees were able to acquire valuable soft skills that go beyond the regular training content.

This year, three of our apprentices took part in the academy: Jonas Engl, training as an industrial mechanic, Luca Winterstötter, training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, and Michael Zimmermann, training as an IT specialist for application development. The academy’s program consisted of a total of six units spread over the second year of training.

Various important topics were covered in the academy, including social media, entrepreneurial thinking, rhetoric, etiquette basics, and business English. In the social media workshop, our apprentices learned how to create short videos and photos using a smartphone or camera, which programs and apps assist in editing, and what risks exist when publishing content. Additionally, they received numerous tips and tricks related to social media.

The highlight of the BDS AzubiAkademie was the closing event with the certificate presentation, which was also attended by our managing director, Bernhard König. On this special occasion, AKE Technologies GmbH was honored as an educational partner of the BDS AzubiAkademie Passau for the 2023/2024 training year.

We are delighted by the outstanding achievements of our apprentices and warmly congratulate them on this success. Their participation in the academy has not only provided them with new knowledge and skills but has also optimally prepared them for their professional future.
