Once again, an assembly test system for battery management systems makes its way to our customer. After many months of development, construction, assembly, programming and, above all, a lot of passion, we at the Passau location say “Servus!” to this gem!

The assembly line can be used to manufacture various component variants for a wide variety of vehicles based on a common platform. With the assembly test system from AKE, the BMCes are produced in the lowest cycle times. The production of the components takes place in a combination of automatic and manual processing stations. A total of 179 individual parts are assembled into a finished, tested BMCe - in collaboration between workers at the manual workstations and more than 20 integrated robots at automatic processing stations.
