Tray destacking systems are modules that enable automatic palletizing and depalletizing. These tray stackers simplify logistics processes in automated production enormously. AKE technologies GmbH offers its palletizer as a standard product with its own control system. One advantage: the elements are designed to save space, while at the same time offering large storage capacity and fast changeover times.

The use of tray stackers ensures uninterrupted loading and unloading. Optional cameras above the pickup area enable the position of the components in the tray to be identified, promising precise further processing and assembly. Integrated buffer systems ensure high line autonomy of the system. Depending on the desired autonomy and the space conditions on site, a single or multiple palletizer can be integrated into the assembly line. The system is flexible in terms of width, depth and height and can therefore be easily adapted to container sizes. The individual design allows the tray stackers to be integrated into almost any production sequence.

Hand scanners in the loading area for batch recording, worker panels for visualization and scanner systems in the work area for reading codes ensure that our customers always have a complete overview and benefit from a smooth material flow.

A connection to driverless transport systems and the design as a fully automatic logistics solution is also possible. We always adapt the proven standard individually to the conditions on site and to special customer requirements!
