As part of our remodeling work, we have completely redesigned the AKE acoustics laboratory and equipped it with state-of-the-art technology. For us it was important to create the perfect test environment for our customers and engineers. Best condition for a hundred percent noise detection.

And now the time has come: the new laboratory can be used!

Our noise analysis solution center, has been provided with high-quality acoustic panels by our partner TStech. These prevent the ingress of unwanted external noises and insulate the sound inside the noise to better isolate and identify the noise.

The heart of the lab is our 4-actuator vehicle shaker with state-of-the-art technology and high performance. In addition, three-dimensional component shakers are available for testing interior components such as center consoles, door panels and instrument panels.

We also offer stick-slip analyzes to investigate material pairings with respect to critical contact points. Thus, possible problem areas can already be determined and eliminated during the development phase of a vehicle.

In addition, our customers can find the largest range of measuring instruments directly at AKE on site. We did not limit ourselves to a manufacturer but brought the highest quality measuring devices into the house.

In our laboratory, we offer our customers various noise examinations as a service and then produce a detailed report. This report contains the tests, results and recommendations for action.
But also the booking of our rooms with individual equipment is possible. Here, your specialist staff can carry out the tests and analyzes themselves. We also offer various workshops and training courses, from the S & R beginner's course to the intensive workshop for experienced acousticians.
