Last weekend the 24h indoorcycling donation marathon took place in the Dreiburgenhalle in Tittling. From April 01 to 02, donations for various projects and institutions were collected on more than 100 indoorcycling bikes for 24 hours. Numerous cycling fans of AKE technologies GmbH also took part in the charity event. Each participant had to cycle at least one hour at a time and was then relieved by a colleague. Some even cycled for 2 or 3 hours without a break.
The marathon was organized by RSC Tittling e.V. in cooperation with the association Sportlich Helfen e.V.. The proceeds of the charity event have already been used to support children, young people and their families in need since 2015, when the event was launched.
The two COOs Michael Schurm and Michael Wagner presented the donation check on behalf of the company AKE and the two managing directors Bernhard König and Boris Schneidhuber. There were only happy AKE faces to see throughout. We are proud to have been able to support this great regional event for the 5th time now and would like to thank the RSC Tittling and the Sportlich Helfen association for the great organization.
