In order to achieve this goal in the best possible way, AKE is establishing more and more service locations in addition to the numerous partnerships that already exist. The AKE Group has now been expanded to include our latest service base, AKE technologies LP, which is based in the USA. From there we control our assembly and service operations and are on hand with help and advice to our customers round the clock.
Our customers benefit from the proximity and the extremely fast response times in an emergency. There is always a service specialist on site who takes inquiries from our customers and initiates the first measures. Our US employee is in close contact with our service department here in Germany. In this way, the optimal supply of spare parts and, if necessary, the rapid deployment of additional skilled workers is coordinated.
By accompanying the preliminary acceptance of the assembly systems in our company in Germany, a smooth reconstruction and a quick commissioning in the target country is guaranteed with every system delivery.
In addition to the USA, our latest service base also covers the rest of the American countries, such as Canada, Mexico or all countries in South America. Our medium-term goal is to further expand our network of skilled workers in this area. We want to offer our customers even faster response times and even better service.
